What personal data we handle, on what basis, and the rights available to you.
This notice explains how OmnioIQ Limited handles personal data. It covers this website and the OmnioIQ platform.
OmnioIQ acts in two distinct capacities, and which one applies changes your rights and who you should contact:
Where we process operational data for a customer, we do so under that customer's instructions and a written agreement. The platform provides GDPR-compliant customer tracking with enterprise security, and location and recipient data are handled only for the purposes of fulfilling and evidencing the delivery or job concerned.
We use third parties to deliver the service. Our infrastructure is hosted with DigitalOcean.
Our sub-processor list beyond hosting is being finalised. If you require the complete list for a due diligence or DPIA exercise, request it at office@omnioiq.com and we will provide the current version.
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on an appropriate safeguard — an adequacy decision, or standard contractual clauses together with any additional measures the transfer requires.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Enquiry correspondence is kept for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period afterwards. Platform data is retained according to the agreement with the relevant customer.
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these, contact office@omnioiq.com. If we act as processor rather than controller, we will direct you to the responsible customer.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to address it first.
