Logistics platforms hold data that matters — where people are, what they earn, and what is being delivered to whom. This page sets out how that is protected, and is deliberately explicit about what is and is not certified today.

Infrastructure

OmnioIQ runs on SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified infrastructure, hosted with DigitalOcean.

Data protection in the platform

• Data is encrypted in transit using current TLS.
• Access to production systems is restricted to personnel who require it, and is removed when that requirement ends.
• Customer environments are logically separated so one customer's operational data is not exposed to another.
• Tracking and location handling is designed to be GDPR-compliant, with personal data limited to what the delivery or job requires.

Fair distribution and auditability

Every allocation decision carries its reasoning. That exists for fairness and dispute resolution, but it also serves security: an unexplained assignment is a detectable anomaly rather than an accepted outcome.

Resilience

Self-healing operations recover from disruption automatically, with recovery time falling from 45 minutes to 3 minutes over the first twelve months as the platform learns the network. Prescriptive action resolves 90% of issues before they reach the customer.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in OmnioIQ, please tell us before disclosing it publicly. Email office@omnioiq.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue. We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated while we investigate.

We will not pursue legal action against researchers who report in good faith, act proportionately, and give us reasonable time to remediate before publishing.
